Given that the tests were okay, which should give you a lot of comfort, go out and buy yourself a pedometer and start walking daily. You wrote that at age 22 you are 250 pounds. Believe me, you will be thanking yourself when you hit your 40's that you headed off diabetes and other problems when you were in your 20's by making a few lifestyle changes. Don't wait, like I did, to get the news that you have a disease that is for the most part preventable to make those changes.
